Software Developer MDM & DMS & Material Compliance

Your tasks

• Own end-to-end delivery of fullstack capabilities for the DMS (document lifecycle, metadata, workflows, access control, search/archiving) and material management (master data, relationships, status, interfaces to procurement, warehouse, and manufacturing)—from requirements through design to production. - Design and implement scalable web applications and REST/GraphQL APIs, including integration into the enterprise landscape (ERP, PDM/PLM, identity, messaging), ensuring data consistency, traceability, and audit readiness.
• Run and stabilize production systems monitoring, incident and problem management, performance tuning, CI/CD and release management, capacity planning, and SLA-driven enhancements in a near–24×7 environment with globally distributed teams.
• Provide technical leadership on complex work legacy refactoring, data/document migration strategies, reducing technical debt, documenting architecture decisions, and aligning with enterprise architecture and security. - Support 12ES5 closely turn business needs into actionable backlog items, prototyping, acceptance support, key-user enablement, second-level support for critical incidents, and coordinated delivery of change requests across multiple releases.

Your qualifications

• 5+ years of fullstack development experience in enterprise software, with proven delivery in DMS, ECM, or comparable document platforms and material master / supply-chain–related applications. - Strong proficiency in at least one modern backend stack (e.g. Java/Spring or .NET) and a mainstream frontend framework (e.g. React, Angular, or Vue), including sound API design, authentication/authorization (OAuth2/OIDC, RBAC), and relational and/or NoSQL databases.
• Hands-on operations experience containers/orchestration (e.g. Docker/Kubernetes), cloud or on-prem hybrid setups, observability (logging, metrics, tracing), automated testing (unit, integration, E2E), and secure release practices in regulated or quality-critical environments.
• Integration expertise connecting to ERP/PLM/WMS or middleware (e.g. SAP-oriented processes, IDoc/BAPI/OData or equivalent patterns), batch/event processing, and resilient error handling at high data volumes and long document/material lifecycles. - Fit for India in a global setup Excellent English (written and spoken), self-directed delivery in distributed teams, experience with time-zone collaboration (DACH/EMEA), clear documentation, and commitment to 12ES5 as a primary internal partner for ongoing technical support.
