As an Integration Engineer, a typical day involves offering expert guidance on business and system integration to support clients in deploying efficient solutions. This role requires understanding client requirements deeply and translating them into practical business and technology strategies. The day includes leading discussions on transformation initiatives, mapping the customer journey, and designing functional and application frameworks that align with business objectives. The Integration Engineer ensures that the technology solutions implemented accurately reflect the needs and goals of the business, fostering seamless integration across various systems and processes.

  • Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
  • Responsible for team decisions.
  • Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
  • Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
  • Lead the coordination of cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery of integration projects.
  • Facilitate communication between stakeholders to clarify requirements and resolve any integration challenges.
  • Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:

  • Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Product Development Management.
  • Strong knowledge of system integration methodologies and best practices.
  • Experience in managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and technologies.
  • Ability to analyze business processes and translate them into technical requirements.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable and sustainable solutions.
  • Effective communication skills to engage with diverse teams and clients.

Additional Information:

  • The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Product Development Management.
  • This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
  • A 15 years full time education is required.
