✅ Define and drive the AI Engineering strategy, standards, and governance framework

✅ Introduce cutting-edge AI engineering tools, frameworks, and practices

✅ Architect reusable AI accelerators, reference implementations, and scalable solutions

✅ Enhance engineering quality, delivery velocity, and team productivity through AI-driven approaches

✅ Create playbooks, methodologies, and engineering standards for broad adoption

✅ Mentor and enable engineering teams to embrace AI-first development practices

🔹 What We're Looking For ✔ Strong experience in software engineering and AI/GenAI implementation

✔ Expertise in engineering transformation, automation, and developer productivity

✔ Experience building reusable platforms, frameworks, and accelerators
