Key Responsibilities

  • Drive product/project planning, requirement gathering, execution, and end-to-end delivery.
  • Understand government requirements and translate them into functional specifications and actionable plans.
  • Coordinate with government clients, CGG stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure successful implementation.
  • Lead client meetings, requirement discussions, product demonstrations, reviews, and issue resolution.
  • Manage project timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, Jira backlogs, and sprint planning.
  • Collaborate with Development, QA, UI/UX, and other cross-functional teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
  • Track progress, maintain project documentation, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.

Required Experience & Skills

  • 6+ years of overall experience in Product Management, Project Management, or IT delivery.
  • Strong hands-on experience in IFMIS projects is essential.
  • Prior experience working with CGG (Centre for Good Governance) or on CGG-associated projects is highly preferred.
  • Experience in government IT projects, e-Governance, or public financial management systems.
  • Strong client-facing, stakeholder-management, requirement-gathering, and technical team-coordination skills.
  • Working knowledge of Jira, Agile/Scrum, project tracking, and delivery management.
  • Telugu speaking is mandatory, with English communication skills.

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a results-driven Product Manager or Project Manager with direct IFMIS domain experience and exposure to CGG-related government projects. The candidate should understand government workflows, manage client expectations, coordinate technical teams, and drive successful project implementation and delivery.
