Senior Full Stack Engineer (AI-Native)

We are looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack Engineer (AI-Native) who can design, develop, and deploy end-to-end software solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong full-stack development skills, hands-on cloud experience, and practical exposure to AI-assisted engineering and LLM-powered applications.

You will take ownership of projects from requirement analysis and architecture through development, deployment, and production support. We value problem-solving ability, adaptability across technology stacks, and a strong focus on delivering production-ready solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end applications covering frontend, backend, databases, and cloud infrastructure.
  • Build responsive and scalable user interfaces using React, Angular, Vue, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
  • Develop backend services, APIs, and microservices using Node.js, Python, Java, or .NET.
  • Design and optimize relational and NoSQL databases, including PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, and Redis.
  • Build AI-powered features using LLM APIs, RAG, AI agents, tool calling, and workflow automation.
  • Use AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or equivalent tools to improve engineering productivity.
  • Manage cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, containers, and deployments using AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Implement automated testing, secure coding practices, monitoring, and application performance optimization.
  • Lead technical discussions, architecture reviews, and code reviews while mentoring junior engineers.
  • Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Troubleshoot production issues, modernize legacy applications, and integrate third-party enterprise systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
  • At least 4 years of hands-on experience building and delivering full-stack applications.
  • Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.
  • Backend development experience with at least one of the following: Node.js, Python, Java, or .NET.
  • Experience designing REST APIs and/or GraphQL services, authentication, and microservices.
  • Strong database knowledge across SQL and/or NoSQL technologies.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure automation tools such as Terraform.
  • Practical exposure to AI-assisted coding tools and integrating LLM APIs into applications.
  • Good understanding of software architecture, testing, security, debugging, and production support.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and technical ownership skills.

Good to Have

  • Experience building production-grade Generative AI applications, RAG pipelines, or AI agents.
  • Experience with Claude API, OpenAI API, LangChain, LangGraph, MCP, or vector databases.
  • Exposure to AWS Bedrock, Snowflake, or enterprise AI platforms.
  • Experience with React Native or Flutter.
  • Consulting experience, client-facing delivery, or work across multiple technology stacks.
  • Cloud certifications or contributions to open-source projects.
