Unbox Health is on a mission to bring radical transparency to what India consumes.

As India’s first ratings platform for packaged foods & health supplements, we independently lab test products, publish unbiased ratings, and help consumers make informed decisions about what they put into their bodies.

In an industry full of noise, we’re building clarity - and a category that hasn’t existed until now.

The Role & Why It Matters

This is an open application for anyone who is interested in what we’re doing at Unbox Health, and wants to join our mission!

We're looking for people who care about what India consumes as much as we do, and who want to build the systems that make it more transparent.

Maybe you've grown revenue, built a brand, cracked distribution, closed partnerships, or kept operations running smoothly. Or maybe you've done some of it and want to do more. You might come from a startup, consulting, FMCG, D2C, quick commerce, or food science, or you might have run your own company. We care more about what you've built than the titles you've held.

You don't need a background in food or health, but you do need to care about it. We're looking for people who are curious about food, health, and consumer trust in India, and who enjoy the real, sometimes unglamorous work of building something from the ground up.

You'll need at least two years of work experience. If the rest sounds like you, we'd love to talk!

• Brand: How do we help more Indians discover Unbox Health and build generational trust in Unbox Health?
• Distribution: How do we get our ratings in front of people at the moment they're choosing what to buy?
• Revenue: How do we grow revenue and build a self-sustaining institution in the long-term?
• Partnerships: How do we build lasting relationships with marketplaces, health platforms, and the broader health ecosystem?
• Operations: How do we streamline operations and execute better, faster and more efficiently?
• Or… come define your own problems!

Who You Are

Health, wellness and nutrition aren't just a category for you - they're personal. You've flipped a protein bar over in the supermarket aisle to check the label. You've wondered whether your supplements actually contain what they claim. You follow the brands, the launches, the regulations and the conversations shaping what India eats - not because you have to, but because you care.

And you're not on the sidelines. You want this industry to grow - for good brands to win, for consumers to trust what they buy, and for the whole ecosystem to work better than it does today.

You've also built something before - a product, a channel, a process, a company - and you can show us how. You're not looking for a brief to follow. You're looking for a problem to solve.

• You're passionate about health, wellness and nutrition - and it shows in what you read, buy, and argue about
• You keep a close eye on the ecosystem - new brands, shifting consumer habits, regulatory changes - and you have a point of view on where it's heading
• You believe the industry gets better when brands, platforms and consumers all have access to the truth
• You go to the evidence first, and you change your mind when the data says so
• You lead with ownership and follow through without prompting
• You think and write clearly - in documents, decks, and conversations

• We’re hiring for full-time, paid roles. Compensation will be calibrated to role and experience.
• We are a hybrid based in Bangalore. We work closely and move fast - in-person matters to us.
