About the Role

Technical Project Manager / Scrum Master

Experience: 5–8 years

Location: Pune

We are looking for a strong, execution-focused Project Manager to drive the development of our Garuda Vigil product. The person must be hands-on, process-driven, and capable of ensuring team accountability, delivery discipline, and timely execution.

Responsibilities

  • Own sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives, and delivery tracking.
  • Drive strict adherence to Scrum practices and agreed development processes.
  • Manage Azure DevOps Boards, including user stories, tasks, bugs, backlogs, sprint progress, and dashboards.
  • Hold developers accountable for commitments, timelines, and quality of deliverables.
  • Proactively identify blockers, delays, and dependencies and drive resolution.
  • Ensure accurate, timely updates of all work items in Azure DevOps.
  • Coordinate between Product Management, development, QA, and DevOps teams.
  • Provide clear daily and weekly progress reports, highlighting risks and missed commitments.

Required Skills

  • Strong practical experience implementing and managing Scrum/Agile development.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Azure DevOps Boards.
  • Proven ability to enforce processes and drive accountability across technical teams.
  • Excellent follow-up, coordination, escalation, and communication skills.
  • Good understanding of software development lifecycles, testing, and release management.
  • Assertive, organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven.

Preferred Skills

  • Ideal Candidate Someone who can independently run development execution, challenge missed commitments, maintain complete visibility of work, and ensure that agreed processes are consistently followed.
