E-Commerce Manager Responsibilities:

Listing and managing the products at selected e-commerce platforms

Devising strategies that harness sales-related insights, prevailing standards, and novel developments to encourage sales in our online store.

Managing and executing promotional campaigns

Reviewing the security of checkout pages and payment procedures.

Creating promotional offers and checking to see that these are uploaded precisely.

Analyzing traffic to inform website maintenance and the effectiveness of marketing strategies.

Reporting on the utility of existing and novel strategies

Providing insights on customer shopping trends to support assortment selection and identify assortment gaps

Ensuring good customer service by addressing and ensuring the timely resolution of customer issues or comments

Working closely with demand planning and warehousing teams in order to ensure smooth order fulfillment

E-Commerce Manager Requirements:

Dynamic experience of working on e-commerce platforms like Amazon, and bringing outstanding results

Good experience in Beauty and wellness category

Demonstrable track record of devising sales-enhancing strategies

Sound knowledge of prevailing procedures and techniques in e-commerce

Unmatched supervision, research, and troubleshooting skills

understanding of e-commerce frameworks

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Ability to multitask.
