Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Business Analyst with strong experience in the US Life Sciences and Healthcare domain. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams, driving requirement discovery, solution design, product enhancements, and successful delivery of business outcomes.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, conducting stakeholder workshops, managing product backlogs, and supporting end-to-end SDLC activities is essential.

Product & Customer Engagement
Agile & Scrum Execution,Actively participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including:, Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint
Participate throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Experience Working With
Pharmaceuticals, Medical Devices, Clinical Operations, Healthcare Platforms, Commercial Operations
Regulatory and Compliance-driven environments
Understanding of healthcare ecosystem, patient journeys, provider workflows, and industry terminology.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Life Sciences, Information Systems, or related field.
5–8 years of Business Analysis experience.
Experience working with US-based Life Sciences or Healthcare clients.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications
Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI-PBA, CBAP or CCBA Certification
Exposure to Healthcare or Life Sciences platforms and products.
