About the Project

We are building a construction-material price comparison platform for Assam, starting with selected towns and PIN codes. The platform will help customers compare prices across suppliers for approximately 600 products in 12 categories, including plumbing, electrical, paints, hardware, tools, tiles, cement and steel.

We are looking for a developer who can build a reliable, mobile-friendly website and an admin dashboard that can eventually scale across Assam.

Key Responsibilities

• Build a responsive website that works smoothly on mobile phones, tablets and desktops.
• Set up a structured product catalogue with categories, specifications, brands and units.
• Implement town and PIN-code-based product availability and price comparisons.
• Build supplier onboarding and price-submission forms.
• Create an admin dashboard to review, approve, reject and update submitted prices.
• Clearly distinguish verified supplier quotations from estimated market prices.
• Implement price expiry dates so outdated quotations are not displayed as current.
• Integrate WhatsApp contact o r quotation-request functionality.
• Enable bulk product imports and exports using Excel or CSV.
• Configure user authentication, role-based permissions and database security.
• Deploy the website and provide documentation, source-code access and handover.

Required Skills

• Experience building product ion-ready web applications using low-code tools such as WeWeb, Bubble or similar platforms.
• Strong knowledge of Supabase, PostgreSQL or an equivalent relational database.
• Experience with APIs, authentication, role-based access and database security.
• Ability to build admin dashboards, data-entry workflows and search/filter interfaces.
• Experience importing and managing structured product data.
• Good responsive-design skills and the ability to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience building marketplaces, directories, price-comparison platforms or B2B applications.
• Experience integrating WhatsApp links, enquiry forms or third-party APIs.
• A portfolio of live applications that we can test.
