Role Overview

We are looking for a highly analytical and business-oriented Business Analyst to work closely with the

Founder’s Office and senior leadership.

This role goes beyond traditional data analysis. You will work on business strategy, problem-solving,

cross-functional initiatives, and data-driven decision-making, with direct exposure to how a fast-growing

company is built and scaled.

Key Responsibilities

● Work directly with the Founder and leadership team on strategic and high-priority business

initiatives.

● Analyze business data to identify growth opportunities, performance gaps, and actionable

insights.

● Drive cross-functional projects across Sales, Operations, Product, Marketing, and Finance.

● Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and business opportunity assessments.

● Build business frameworks, dashboards, presentations, and decision-support analyses.

● Identify process gaps and drive process improvement and automation.

● Track key business KPIs and support planning, forecasting, and performance reviews.

● Own projects end-to-end — from problem identification to execution and closure.

What We’re Looking For

● Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, Analytics, or related fields.

● 0–3 years of experience in Business Analytics, Strategy, Consulting, Founder’s Office, or

Business Operations.

● Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.

● Proficiency in SQL, Advanced Excel, and Python.

● Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.

● High ownership, curiosity, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.

● Someone who thinks beyond numbers and understands business, people, and execution.
