Role Description The Associate Founder role is For import & export full-time, hybrid position based in Navi Mumbai, with flexibility for some work-from-home days. This role involves working closely with the founding team to define product vision, validate business ideas, and support end-to-end execution across operations, marketing, and customer development. Day-to-day responsibilities may include conducting market and competitive research, designing and refining business models, coordinating with external partners, and helping establish internal processes and performance metrics. The Associate Founder will also contribute to fundraising preparation, pitch materials, and investor communication, while supporting brand-building and early customer engagement. This position is intended for someone who is comfortable with ambiguity, eager to take initiative, and ready to help build a company from the ground up.

Qualifications

• Ability to conduct structured market research, analyze data, and translate insights into business and product decisions.
• Experience or strong interest in early-stage startups, including business model design, go-to-market planning, and basic financial understanding.
• Strong communication skills, including clear writing, confident presentation, and effective stakeholder management.
• Demonstrated capacity for problem-solving, strategic thinking, and making decisions with limited information.
• Comfort working in a hybrid environment in Navi Mumbai, with the ability to collaborate both in-person and remotely.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, economics, or a related field; an MBA or prior startup exposure is a plus.
• High level of ownership, adaptability, and resilience in a fast-paced, unstructured setting.
