About Cosma Fertility
Cosma Fertility is an IIT Bombay-incubated, CDSCO-approved startup revolutionising women’s reproductive health. We build advanced, non-hormonal solutions (like FertiGen™) to improve conception outcomes naturally before couples move to invasive IVF treatments.
What You Will Do
We are not looking for passive coordinators—we are hiring a hustler to own a ₹1,00,000 experimentation budget to build zero-to-one GTM channels from scratch.
* 0-to-1 Channel Experiments: Formulate hypotheses, design small-budget pilots, and deploy the ₹1L fund across micro-influencers, doctor outreach kits, hyper-local clinical activations, or targeted digital acquisition to see what converts best.
* B2B Doctor & Clinic Outreach: Map, pitch, and onboard gynecologists, IVF specialists, and fertility centres; build relationship playbooks that scale.
* Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) Growth: Run low-cost acquisition experiments, gather patient feedback, and optimise our funnel conversion rates.
* Analytics & Data Loops: Track ROI on every experiment rupee spent, standardise successful playbooks, and kill underperforming ideas quickly.
* Cross-Functional Execution: Work directly with the Founder’s Office and Product teams to align ground feedback with our product roadmap.
Who You Are
* Experimentation Mindset: You think in hypotheses, metrics, and CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost). You know how to stretch ₹1 Lakh to get maximum validated learning.
* Background: Pursuing or completed a degree in Business, Management, Healthcare, Biotechnology, or Engineering (B.Tech / BBA / MBA).
* Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication in English and Hindi for high-stakes doctor and partner interactions.
* Execution Power: Unafraid to do cold outreach, ground visits, or digital experiments to get results.
