Role Description This is a full-time, on-site AI Developer role based in Guntur. The AI Developer will design, implement, and optimize machine learning models, with a focus on pattern recognition, neural networks, and natural language processing. Day-to-day responsibilities include researching and prototyping new AI techniques, developing production-ready software components, integrating AI models into existing systems, and collaborating with product and engineering teams to refine requirements. The role also involves evaluating model performance, conducting experiments, improving algorithms, and maintaining clear documentation for code, models, and workflows.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Computer Science and Software Development, including data structures, algorithms, and coding best practices.
• Experience with Neural Networks and Pattern Recognition, including building, training, and evaluating machine learning models.
• Knowledge of Natural Language Processing (NLP), such as text classification, language modeling, or conversational AI.
• Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in AI (e.g., Python) and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
• Familiarity with data processing, model deployment, and version control tools (e.g., Git).
• Ability to analyze complex problems, design experiments, and communicate technical concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience working on real-world AI projects or products; prior work in language technologies is an advantage.
