SVA Organics is a growing wellness brand offering pure, natural, and certified organic essential oils to customers in India and international markets, including the USA. As we expand our direct-to-consumer (D2C) presence, we are looking for a skilled and self-driven Shopify Manager to lead the development, management, and growth of our brand websites.

About the Role SVA Organics is looking for a hands-on Shopify Developer to build, launch, and manage a single e-commerce website featuring our three brands: SVA, SIVA, and SIVEDA.

The website will focus on aromatherapy and wellness, with distinct brand pages, product collections, educational content, and a seamless shopping experience. You will own the project from website planning and coordination through launch and ongoing improvement.

Key Responsibilities

● Plan and execute the Shopify website structure, navigation, collections, and customer journey.

● Create dedicated pages for SVA, SIVA, and SIVEDA, communicating each brand’s identity and differences.

● Coordinate with content writers and internal teams to replace demo copy with accurate, approved website content.

● Manage homepage, About Us, brand pages, product pages, blogs, FAQs, contact information, and policies.

● Maintain product listings, variants, pricing, inventory, images, descriptions, and product details.

● Customize Shopify themes and coordinate with designers or developers for advanced requirements.

● Configure and manage payment, shipping, fulfillment, and essential app integrations.

● Ensure the website works well across mobile and desktop devices.

● Manage website SEO, metadata, internal linking, redirects, and product discoverability.

● Set up and monitor analytics, customer journeys, and conversion performance.

● Test checkout, discounts, forms, order notifications, and fulfillment workflows before launch.

● Manage ongoing promotions, merchandising, website updates, and troubleshooting. Required Skills and Experience

● Proven experience building, launching, and managing Shopify stores.

● Strong knowledge of Shopify admin, themes, collections, navigation, apps, and product management.

● Ability to make routine theme changes using HTML, CSS, and basic Liquid.

● Understanding of e-commerce SEO, analytics, and conversion optimization.

● Experience coordinating with content writers, designers, developers, and operations teams.

● Strong attention to detail, project ownership, and problem-solving skills.

● Ability to work onsite in Delhi. Preferred Qualifications

● Experience with beauty, personal care, wellness, or aromatherapy brands.

● Experience managing multiple brands within one storefront.

● Familiarity with GA4, Google Search Console, email marketing, and inventory or fulfillment integrations.

● Experience with Shopify catalog migration and website redesign projects. Initial Project Deliverables ● A complete Shopify storefront featuring all three brands.

● Approved brand, company, product, and support content.

● Organized product catalog, collections, and navigation.

● Configured payment, shipping, and fulfillment workflows.

● Tested mobile experience and checkout.

● Analytics setup and a documented website maintenance process.
