Position: Full Stack Engineer – (Oracle Fusion Integration)

Location: Hyderabad

Role Type: Full-Time | Hybrid

Experience: 6–9 Years

LSEG has embarked on a Finance Transformation programme to deliver our Finance Vision and transform the way we work. The initiative is driving efficiencies and improving benefits by moving to a single cloud-based ERP and Performance Management platform (Oracle Fusion/EPM/EDM/OICS).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business partners to elicit, analyze, and document reporting requirements, translating them into technical specifications.
• Design, develop, and implement integrations between Oracle Cloud applications and external systems using Oracle Integration Cloud Service (OICS), PL/SQL, Python, Java, and VBCS.
• Define and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance integration architectures.
• Build and manage APIs using OICS to expose data and functionality across systems.
• Design and implement data mapping and transformation rules for accurate data flow.
• Develop and execute test plans focusing on security, resiliency, scale, and performance.
• Deploy integrations to production environments, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements.
• Create clear documentation including design specifications, user guides, and maintenance procedures.
• Provide ongoing support for reports and integrations, handling Oracle SRs and coordinating with consulting teams.
• Partner with development and cloud operations teams to reproduce and resolve production issues.
• Work independently, tackle problems proactively, and drive product improvements.

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong experience with Oracle Cloud Fusion, OICS, REST services, PL/SQL, Python, Java, VBCS.
• Solid understanding of finance business processes (R2R, P2P, O2C, Oracle RMB).
• Expertise in data modeling, ETL interfaces, and DWH design.
• Familiarity with Agile, DevOps, and SDLC methodologies.
• Relevant Oracle OICS/OCI/Fusion certifications preferred.
• Industry expertise in finance, HCM, or supply chain.
• Ability to lead virtual teams, influence development direction, and mentor developers.

Experience

• 6–9 years in Oracle ERP applications implementation.
• Hands-on with Oracle Cloud Fusion, OICS, BIP Reporting, SOA, ADF, Oracle Database ADW Applications, OATs, PSR Tools, Accessibility Testing Tools.
• Experience in continuous delivery, deployment, and monitoring of cloud-based services.
• Proven track record in high availability, resiliency, and scalability of global Oracle ERP Cloud Fusion landscapes.
• Prior experience in Finance Technology functions within large financial services organizations.
• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent.
