Zuora Developer

We are looking for an experienced Zuora Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Zuora Billing, subscription management, and Zuora Collections. The ideal candidate should have experience in Zuora configuration, development, system integrations, and APIs, along with a good understanding of billing processes and subscription lifecycles.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Configure and develop solutions using Zuora Billing and Zuora CPQ.

🔹 Manage subscription lifecycles, product catalogs, rate plans, amendments, billing, invoicing, and payments.

🔹 Develop and maintain integrations between Zuora and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.

🔹 Work with Zuora Workflow, AQuA, Data Query, and Zuora APIs.

🔹 Configure billing rules, subscription amendments, and product offerings.

🔹 Troubleshoot issues related to billing, invoicing, collections, payments, and integrations.

🔹 Collaborate with business analysts, developers, QA teams, and stakeholders.

🔹 Participate in requirement analysis, development, testing, deployment, and support activities.

🔹 Follow Agile/Scrum methodologies and established development practices.

Required Skills:

✅ 4+ years of hands-on experience in Zuora development and configuration.

✅ Strong expertise in Zuora Billing and Zuora Collections.

✅ Good understanding of subscription management and product catalogs.

✅ Hands-on experience with Zuora REST/SOAP APIs.

✅ Experience with Zuora Workflow, Data Query, and AQuA.

✅ Strong knowledge of billing, invoicing, payments, amendments, and subscription lifecycle management.

✅ Experience in system integrations, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.

✅ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Good to Have:

🔹 Experience with Zuora CPQ.

🔹 Integration experience with Salesforce, ERP systems, or third-party applications.

🔹 Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.

🔹 Zuora certifications.

🔹 Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
