Full Stack Developer (React JS & Node JS)

About the Role

We are looking for a talented and motivated Full Stack Developer with strong hands-on experience in React JS and Node JS to join our growing engineering team. You will work on building scalable, high-performance web applications and backend services across diverse client engagements — spanning fintech, SaaS, and enterprise platforms.

You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver robust full-stack features from ideation to production deployment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable web applications using React JS (frontend) and Node JS (backend)
• Develop RESTful APIs and microservices using Node JS frameworks such as Express or Fastify
• Write efficient, well-structured SQL queries and manage relational data using PostgreSQL
• Design and optimize database schemas, indexes, and query performance
• Deploy, monitor, and maintain applications on AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, ECS, or similar services)
• Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to technical design decisions
• Write clean, well-documented, and testable code with appropriate unit and integration tests
• Collaborate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives
• Review code and provide constructive feedback to peers
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely manner

Required Skills & QualificationsFrontend

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with React JS
• Proficiency in JavaScript / TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3
• Experience with state management libraries (Redux, Zustand, or React Context API)
• Familiarity with component libraries (Material UI, Ant Design, or similar)
• Understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility

Backend

• 3+ years of experience with Node JS (Express, Fastify, or NestJS)
• Strong understanding of REST API design principles and best practices
• Experience with authentication and authorization (JWT, OAuth 2.0)
• Proficiency with asynchronous programming patterns (Promises, async/await)

Database

• Solid hands-on experience with PostgreSQL
• Ability to write complex SQL queries, design relational schemas, and manage migrations
• Familiarity with ORMs such as Prisma, Sequelize, or TypeORM

Cloud & DevOps

• Working knowledge of AWS services: EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, ECS, or CloudFront
• Experience with containerization using Docker
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, CodePipeline, or similar)
• Understanding of environment configuration and secrets management

Good to Have

• Experience with Agentic AI — building or integrating AI agents using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or OpenAI Assistants API
• Exposure to LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini) and prompt engineering
• Familiarity with vector databases (Pinecone, pgvector, Weaviate) for RAG-based systems
• Experience with graph databases or ontology frameworks (Neo4j, RDF/SPARQL)
• Knowledge of real-time communication (WebSockets, Socket.IO)
• Familiarity with Apache Kafka or other message queue systems (RabbitMQ, SQS)
