About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Senior AI-ML Analyst to join our team and contribute to the development and deployment of AI/ML solutions for a large-scale enterprise analytics platform.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Python, Machine Learning, AWS SageMaker, and statistical analysis, along with proven experience taking ML models from development through production deployment and monitoring.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and deliver multiple AI/ML use cases from problem definition through production deployment.
• Design, develop, train, validate, and deploy machine learning models.
• Build and optimize ML workflows using Python and industry-standard ML frameworks.
• Use AWS SageMaker for model training, deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
• Perform data exploration, feature engineering, statistical analysis, and model evaluation.
• Extract actionable insights from large-scale datasets to support business and analytical requirements.
• Monitor model performance, accuracy, and reliability in production environments.
• Implement and follow MLOps practices for reproducible and scalable ML workflows.
• Collaborate with data engineers, business stakeholders, and technical teams to translate requirements into ML solutions.
• Continuously evaluate and improve model performance and analytical approaches.
• Maintain technical documentation for models, experiments, pipelines, and deployments.Key Technologies

• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML, Data Science, or a closely related field.
• Strong hands-on experience with Python and Machine Learning.
• Proven experience developing and deploying ML models into production environments.
• Strong practical experience with AWS SageMaker, including model training, deployment, and monitoring.
• Good understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistical techniques, model evaluation, and feature engineering.
• Experience working with Scikit-learn and TensorFlow/PyTorch.
• Strong proficiency in Pandas, NumPy, and data analysis.
• Experience working with large datasets and enterprise-scale analytics platforms.
• Understanding of MLOps and ML lifecycle management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Willingness to work on-site from Mumbai.Good to Have

• Exposure to demand forecasting, supply chain analytics, or time-series forecasting.
• Experience in Oil & Gas or other asset-intensive industries.
• AWS certifications related to Machine Learning, Data, or Cloud.
