📍 Location: Bangalore

Are you passionate about building production-ready AI solutions using Generative AI, LLMs, and Agentic AI? We are looking for an experienced AI Engineer to develop and scale intelligent AI solutions for insurance technology platforms.

🔹 Key Skills Required:

Strong hands-on experience in Python and AI/ML engineering
Generative AI, LLMs, AI Agents, and Function Calling
Azure AI, Azure OpenAI, and Microsoft Foundry
LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, Microsoft Agent Framework, or similar
Prompt Engineering, Guardrails, AI Evaluation, and Observability
REST APIs, Asynchronous Processing, and PostgreSQL
Docker, Git, CI/CD, Azure DevOps, or GitHub Actions
Experience deploying and monitoring production-grade AI applications

🔹 What You’ll Do:

Build and deploy GenAI solutions for insurance use cases, including underwriting, claims, and policy servicing.
Develop agentic workflows and intelligent document processing solutions.
Optimize AI applications for performance, scalability, reliability, and cost.
Integrate AI services with backend systems and enterprise workflows.
Mentor engineers and contribute to AI engineering best practices.

⭐ Good to Have: Insurance domain knowledge, enterprise workflow experience, and PostgreSQL vector search.
