We are looking for an experienced Azure Databricks ML Engineer with 11+ years of experience in designing, developing, and deploying scalable Machine Learning solutions on Azure. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Azure Databricks, Python, PySpark, MLOps, and CI/CD practices for ML model deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy Machine Learning solutions using Azure Databricks.
• Build end-to-end ML pipelines encompassing data preparation, feature engineering, model training, validation, and deployment.
• Develop predictive and prescriptive analytics solutions for business and operational use cases.
• Implement MLOps best practices for model versioning, monitoring, governance, and lifecycle management.
• Create reusable notebooks, data processing frameworks, and AI/ML accelerators.
• Process and analyze large-scale structured and unstructured datasets using Spark and Databricks.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, data engineers, architects, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable AI/ML solutions.
• Optimize model performance, scalability, reliability, and operational efficiency.
• Develop automated model retraining pipelines and performance monitoring mechanisms.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines for Machine Learning model deployment and management.
• Ensure adherence to enterprise data governance, security, compliance, and best practices.
• Support production deployment activities and provide technical guidance on AI/ML solution implementation.Required Technical Skills:
