What You'll Do
As a Product Manager II, you will establish and guide product strategy for products of low to medium complexity, working closely with senior product managers and directors to align solutions with broader business and enterprise objectives. You will incorporate business, customer, user, and partner insights to develop a clear understanding of problems, opportunities, and risks.
You will lead product discovery efforts by defining desired business outcomes, identifying opportunities for innovation, validating hypotheses, and partnering with cross-functional teams to conduct experiments. By evaluating results and extracting meaningful insights, you will help shape future product decisions and continuously improve how products are delivered.
Working closely with technology and business partners, you will drive product delivery by breaking down work into manageable increments that enable frequent releases of value. You will serve as the Product Owner for Scrum teams, support agile ceremonies, manage product roadmaps, and communicate release plans and priorities across stakeholder groups.
In addition, you will monitor product health, measure business impact, and leverage data to assess performance and guide strategic decisions. You'll collaborate with leaders across the business, including finance and go-to-market teams, to ensure alignment, readiness, and successful execution of product initiatives.
Product Leadership
You will serve as a mentor and resource for Associate Product Managers, helping strengthen product management practices and fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. You may also take formal leadership responsibility for the development of reporting Product Managers.

Qualifications
Qualifications
- 10+ years of business, technology, or product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, military experience, or education.
- Retirement Services domain knowledge and experience are preferred.
- 5+ years working in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment with product or engineering teams and stakeholders.
- Bringing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree - B.E. / B.Tech / M.S. / M.Tech / MCA degree in Computer Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics or a related subject area
- Demonstrated experience managing one or more products.
- Proven critical thinking, collaboration, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and workloads effectively.
- Experience building and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to influence, persuade, and negotiate in a product environment.
- Experience leveraging customer, user, partner, and market insights to drive product decisions.
