Full-Stack AI Engineer (AI Agents) in Kompally

Key Responsibilities

• Build and improve production AI agents, multi-turn conversational workflows, LLM tool/function calling, structured outputs, RAG systems, context management, and human handover workflows.
• Develop and maintain full-stack product features across frontend, backend APIs, integrations, SQL databases, caching, queues, authentication, authorization, and cloud infrastructure.
• Build AI evals, automated regression tests, guardrails, logging, tracing, and observability systems while improving security, latency, reliability, scalability, and AI inference costs.
• Use AI-assisted development tools to explore codebases, prototype, debug, refactor, write tests, and ship features quickly while reviewing generated code for correctness, security, performance, and maintainability.
• Work directly with the leadership team, take ownership of technical problems, contribute to system architecture, and help scale the platform as traffic and conversation volume increase.
