Role Description The Senior Consultant at Uniroute Fintech Solutions is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Hyderabad Area. This role involves leading client engagements, understanding business requirements, and designing fintech solutions that address complex operational and strategic challenges. The Senior Consultant will conduct detailed business and technical analyses, prepare recommendations, and present proposals to client stakeholders. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with product, technology, and operations teams, managing project deliverables, and ensuring solutions are implemented on time and within scope. The role also includes mentoring junior consultants, contributing to methodology and best practices, and supporting pre-sales activities such as solution demos and proposal development.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in consulting, business analysis, or solution design within financial services or fintech.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex business needs into practical solutions.
• Proficiency in stakeholder management, client communication, and presentation of findings and recommendations.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, including product, technology, and operations, to deliver projects.
• Solid understanding of digital finance trends, payments, lending, or related fintech domains (experience with regulatory or compliance aspects is an advantage).
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Technology, or a related field.
• Prior experience in a senior or client-facing consulting role and exposure to the Greater Hyderabad or broader Indian financial ecosystem is beneficial.
