Technical Project Manager – ERP Systems (.NET Ecosystem)

Cyberion Software Solutions Pvt Ltd is looking for an experienced *Technical Project Manager* to lead the development and delivery of scalable, high-performance ERP applications built on modern .NET technologies.

We are looking for a technically strong professional with proven experience in enterprise application architecture, project delivery, and cross-functional team leadership.

*🔹 Key Responsibilities*

• Lead end-to-end ERP project delivery and release management.

• Drive technical architecture using Clean Architecture, CQRS, and Domain-Driven Design (DDD).

• Oversee backend APIs, database architecture, performance optimization, and frontend development.

• Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies.

• Manage project timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.

• Lead and mentor developers, QA engineers, architects, and business analysts.

*🔹 Required Skills & Experience*

• 6+ years of experience in software development or architecture.

• 3+ years in a Technical Project Manager or Technical Lead role.

• Strong knowledge of modern .NET architecture and enterprise applications.

• Hands-on understanding of CQRS, DDD, REST APIs, database optimization, and scalable systems.

• Experience in Agile/Scrum, sprint planning, and release management.

• Experience delivering ERP or large-scale enterprise applications.

• Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Jira, or GitHub.

*🔹 Good to Have*

• Microservices and event-driven architecture.

• Kafka, RabbitMQ, or Azure Service Bus.

• Azure cloud and SaaS multi-tenant ERP platforms.
