Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic AI/ML Trainer with 1–2 years of experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, model development, and/or technical training. The ideal candidate should have strong programming skills, practical knowledge of machine learning algorithms, and the ability to deliver structured, hands-on, industry-oriented training.

The candidate will be responsible for conducting technical sessions, mentoring learners, guiding them through real-world AI/ML projects, and developing their practical understanding of data preprocessing, model building, evaluation, and deployment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct structured training sessions on Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and related technologies.
  • Deliver hands-on sessions on Python programming, data analysis, and machine learning algorithms.
  • Explain supervised and unsupervised learning concepts with practical examples.
  • Guide trainees in data collection, preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, and evaluation.
  • Demonstrate the use of AI/ML libraries and frameworks through practical exercises.
  • Develop training materials, coding assignments, assessments, and project-based learning modules.
  • Mentor trainees in developing real-world AI/ML applications and end-to-end projects.
  • Evaluate trainee performance through coding assessments, assignments, and project reviews.
  • Introduce learners to model optimization, deployment fundamentals, and industry use cases.
  • Stay updated with emerging AI/ML technologies, tools, frameworks, and industry practices.

Required Technical Skills

  • Strong proficiency in Python programming.
  • Understanding of mathematics and statistics fundamentals relevant to machine learning.
  • Practical knowledge of NumPy, Pandas, and Matplotlib.
  • Understanding of supervised and unsupervised machine learning algorithms.
  • Familiarity with Scikit-learn for model development and evaluation.
  • Knowledge of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and exploratory data analysis (EDA).
  • Understanding of model evaluation metrics, overfitting, underfitting, and cross-validation.
  • Familiarity with Jupyter Notebook and Google Colab.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL and data handling.
  • Understanding of deep learning concepts and frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with AI application development, model deployment, and Git/GitHub is preferred.

Eligibility Criteria

  • 1–2 years of relevant experience in AI/ML development, data science, or technical training.
  • Hands-on experience with Python and machine learning projects.
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly and deliver practical training sessions.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to mentor students and guide them through project-based learning.
  • Willingness to work onsite at Bhubaneswar, Odisha.

Preferred Profile: Candidates with experience in AI/ML project development, academic or corporate training, data science projects, deep learning, or AI application development will be preferred. Relevant certifications and a demonstrable project portfolio will be an added advantage.
