About the Role

We are looking for an AI Solution Architect / Agentic Platform Lead to own the technical architecture and delivery of a shared, governed agent platform on Azure. The platform will power multiple business-development agents and establish the reusable backbone for a broader connected agent ecosystem.

What We’re Looking For

Mandatory - Strong hands-on and production experience required:

Azure AI Foundry Agent Service and Azure OpenAI.
Semantic Kernel; strong transferable experience with AutoGen or LangGraph may also be considered.
Multi-agent systems in production, including orchestration, agent handoffs, tool/function calling, state, memory, and human review.
Azure AI Search, including vector search, hybrid retrieval, semantic ranker, metadata strategy, and enterprise RAG.
Entra ID and enterprise security, including on-behalf-of flow, managed identities, RBAC, and security trimming.
Azure platform architecture, including landing zones, Well-Architected Framework, Private Link, Cosmos DB, Azure Functions, App Service, and API Management.
Microsoft 365 integration using Microsoft Graph, SharePoint Online, Teams/Bot Framework, or Copilot Studio.
Python, including FastAPI, asynchronous programming, and API/service development.
LLMOps and evaluation, including groundedness, relevance, citation quality, regression testing, observability, latency, and token/cost optimisation.
Proven ownership of an enterprise AI or platform architecture taken beyond prototype into production.
