Founder's Office - For a Software/AI portfolio company

Z47
Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India

We are expanding the Founder's office of one of our fast growing portoflio company - SuperOps.

About SuperOps

SuperOps is a SaaS startup empowering IT service providers and IT teams around the world with

technology that is cutting-edge, future-ready, and powered by AI. We are backed by marquee investors like Addition, March Capital, Z47, Elevation Capital, and Tanglin Venture Partners.

Founded by Arvind Parthiban, a serial entrepreneur, built on the back of a team of engineers, product architects, designers, and AI experts, who want to reshape the world of IT. Now we have taken on a market that is plagued by legacy solutions and subpar experiences. The potential to do something great is immense. SuperOps serves thousands of IT service providers and IT teams in more than 100 countries, and tripled its customer base in the year to its Series C.

We also believe that the journey is as important as the destination. We want to build the best products out there and have fun while doing so. So come, be part of our A-star team of superheroes.

Location: based in Chennai or willing to relocate. Also transition to the US as the scope of the role grows.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Founder’s office /EIR to join the Founder’s Office and work on the company’s most important priorities, with a strong focus on go-to-market. This is not a program- management role: we want someone who shapes what we should do, makes the case with data, and then drives it through to results.

You will work across Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance and Customer Success to find growth

opportunities, size them, build the plan and see it through. You will also be trusted to carry the Founder’s point of view into rooms he isn’t in. That means making sound calls within agreed guardrails, aligning leaders across functions, and escalating only what truly needs his attention.

As our leadership team increasingly operates across India and the US, this role will be a key anchor for strategy and execution in Chennai.

What You’ll Do

1) Drive GTM strategy and execution

  • Own high-priority GTM initiatives end to end, from defining the problem through planning,

execution and measurable results.

  • Work with Founder and the Sales, Marketing and Customer Success leaders on pipeline health,

funnel conversion, sales productivity, retention and expansion.

  • Shape pricing and packaging, new segment and geography entry, partner and channel motions, and AI-led product launches.
  • Build business cases, financial models and scenario analyses that lead to clear decisions on where to invest.

2) Drive Business Decisions

  • Represent the Founder’s priorities and point of view in leadership forums and with teams, using judgment to make decisions rather than escalating every issue.
  • Run the operating rhythm for key priorities: set goals, track progress, surface risks early and hold teams to outcomes.• Take on ambiguous, cross-functional problems that don’t sit neatly with any one team, and bring them to resolution.

3) Turn data into decisions

  • Get to the right data quickly, understand what is really driving the numbers, and find the insight that matters.
  • Tell a clear, persuasive story with data, through board and leadership materials, decision memos and business reviews, so leaders can act quickly.
  • Track the SaaS, MSP and AI landscape, including competitors, market shifts and new business

models, and turn it into concrete recommendations for SuperOps.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: 4–8 years across management consulting, strategy, business/revenue operations or GTM roles. Top-tier consulting (ideally MBB) followed by an operating role at a SaaS or technology company is a strong fit. An MBA from a Tier 1 institution is a plus.
  • GTM depth: hands-on experience with GTM strategy and execution, such as pipeline and funnel economics, pricing, sales and marketing performance, or market expansion. B2B SaaS experience is strongly preferred.
  • Exposure: to SaaS, enterprise software, or technology businesses is strongly preferred.
  • Analytical rigour: comfortable working directly with data (advanced Excel/Sheets; SQL or BI tools a plus) and building models that drive decisions.
  • Data storytelling: turns complex analysis into a crisp narrative and recommendation for the

Founder, leadership or the board.

  • Strong Business Judegment that aligns senior stakeholders across functions and gets things done through others.
  • Mindset: curious, low ego, comfortable with ambiguity, and steady under pressure.

What Success Looks Like

  • First 90 days: build a deep understanding of SuperOps’ GTM engine and metrics, take ownership of 1–2 priority initiatives, and become a trusted partner to the leadership team.
  • 6–12 months: deliver measurable impact on key GTM metrics, run the operating rhythm for

company priorities, and be the person leaders turn to for a clear, data-backed view, with the

Founder rarely needing to step in.

Why Join

This is a highly visible role with direct exposure to the Founder and leadership, at a pivotal stage in SuperOps’ global growth. You will learn how a global SaaS business is built and scaled from the inside, and for the right person the role can grow into a leadership position in strategy or a core business function
