Software Engineer

The OpportunityJoin RTAC's engineering team and work on enterprise software products and business applications used across real-world business environments. You’ll be involved in building features, improving existing systems, and solving technical challenges throughout the development lifecycle.

What You’ll Work On

• Build and enhance application features based on business requirements.
• Design and implement efficient application logic and database solutions.
• Develop and consume REST APIs and third-party integrations.
• Investigate bugs and provide effective technical solutions.
• Write unit tests and contribute to reliable production releases.
• Improve application performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.
• Work closely with QA, Support, Infrastructure, and Product teams.
• Learn and apply modern development practices and AI-assisted engineering tools.

What You Bring

• 1–3 years of software development experience.
• Strong programming fundamentals and OOP concepts.
• Good understanding of SQL and relational databases.
• Familiarity with REST APIs and Git.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to understand requirements and work independently.
• Good communication and team collaboration skills.
