  • Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
  • Responsible for team decisions.
  • Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
  • Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
  • Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices within the team to improve software quality and delivery.
  • Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of software development activities with business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:

  • Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
  • Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming concepts and experience applying them in SAP environments.
  • Experience with performance optimization techniques specific to SAP HANA databases.
  • Familiarity with debugging and troubleshooting complex software issues within enterprise applications.
  • Ability to work with agile development frameworks and tools to support iterative software delivery.
  • Understanding of integration methods between SAP modules and external systems.

Additional Information:

  • The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
  • This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
  • A 15 years full time education is required.
