Principal Product Manager

Role Summary- Owns strategy, roadmap and delivery for a core area of the Adlumin XDR/MDR platform; full-stack PM working with engineering, data science, the SOC and customers/partners.

Key Responsibilities-

• Own vision, strategy and roadmap, from ideation to launch and go-to-market
• Translate detection/response/SecOps problems into product requirements
• Partner with engineering, data science and the SOC
• Run continuous discovery with MSP partners, IT teams, SOC analysts
• Track competitive landscape (XDR, MDR, SIEM, EDR, SecOps)
• Define and track success metrics (adoption, retention, efficacy, unit economics)
• Work with marketing, sales and service delivery on launches and pricing inputs
• Apply AI-assisted development practices; mentor junior PMs"

Qualifications-

• 6+ years in product management, with time on technical B2B or security products
• Self-motivated, comfortable with ambiguity, strong product sense
• Breadth across cybersecurity with depth in at least two domains

Nice to Have-

Hands-on XDR/SIEM/SOAR/EDR/SOC experience; Security+/CISSP/cloud-security certs; AI-powered security products; AI-DLC / spec-driven tooling
