e are looking for a skilled and motivated .NET Full Stack Developer with 3–4 years of hands-on experience in developing, enhancing, and supporting enterprise applications. The successful candidate will have strong experience in VB.NET, ASP.NET, .NET Framework, SQL Server, Web Services, and REST APIs.
The role involves working on both legacy application support and modernization initiatives, delivering high-quality, scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions. The candidate will collaborate with business analysts, testers, architects, and other cross-functional teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
Your future duties and responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and enhance enterprise applications using VB.NET, ASP.NET, and .NET Framework.
Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
Perform code reviews, debugging, defect analysis, and issue resolution.
Design, develop, consume, and integrate Web Services and REST APIs.
Develop applications that integrate with SQL Server databases and external systems.
Write and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database-related components.
Participate in application modernization, migration, and technology transformation initiatives.
Develop reusable components and implement software development best practices.
Support application deployments and troubleshoot production issues.
Work closely with business analysts, testers, architects, and other development teams.
Develop and maintain unit tests and contribute to automated testing practices.
Use Git for source code management and version control.
Ensure applications meet required standards for performance, security, scalability, and maintainability.
Participate in the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role
Must Have Skills:
4 years of professional experience in .NET application development.
Strong hands-on experience with VB.NET.
Good experience with ASP.NET and .NET Framework.
Strong knowledge of SQL Server, including queries, stored procedures, joins, indexes, and performance tuning.
Experience developing and consuming Web Services and REST APIs.
Experience supporting application deployments and troubleshooting production issues.
Working knowledge of IIS.
Experience using Visual Studio.
Good understanding of Git and version control.
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and application development practices.
Good analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
Desired Skills
Experience with .NET Core / ASP.NET Core.
Knowledge of C#.
Experience with application migration or modernization from VB.NET/.NET Framework to .NET Core or modern .NET.
Exposure to cloud platforms and cloud-based application development.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Experience with automated testing and modern software development practices.
Knowledge of application performance optimization and security best practices.
