About the Role

Galaxy Weblinks is looking for an experienced Odoo Lead with strong hands-on expertise in Odoo development, customization, integrations, and technical architecture. The ideal candidate should be capable of leading Odoo development initiatives and guiding technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

Odoo Development & Architecture

• Lead end-to-end Odoo development, customization, and implementation projects.
• Develop and customize Odoo Community and/or Enterprise modules.
• Design scalable and maintainable Odoo solutions based on business requirements.
• Review code, troubleshoot issues, and optimize application performance.
• Integrate Odoo with third-party applications using REST APIs and web services.

Team & Technical Leadership

• Lead and mentor Odoo developers and provide technical guidance.
• Collaborate with Functional Consultants to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Participate in architecture discussions, estimations, and technical planning.
• Ensure development best practices, documentation, and code quality.

Required Skills & Experience

• 7+ years of experience in Odoo development.
• Strong hands-on experience with Python, PostgreSQL, XML, JavaScript, and QWeb.
• Experience with Odoo modules such as Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, Manufacturing (MRP), CRM, and HRMS.
• Strong understanding of Odoo architecture, customization, integrations, and APIs.
• Experience in technical team leadership.
• Good problem-solving and client communication skills.
• Experience with Odoo migration, Docker, Git, or cloud deployments is a plus.
