About Position:

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of UiPath-based RPA automation solutions for US Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance clients, specifically supporting Personal Auto and Home Policy Rewrite and Servicing workflows. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving project execution, stakeholder engagement, delivery governance, and cross-functional team leadership while ensuring successful implementation of automation initiatives aligned with business objectives.

What You'll Do:

  • Own end-to-end project delivery across solution design, development, testing, deployment, and production rollout.
  • Collaborate with US-based business stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, timelines, priorities, and success metrics.
  • Plan and manage project schedules, milestones, resource allocation, and delivery roadmaps.
  • Lead Agile project execution including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of project objectives within budget and quality expectations.
  • Manage project risks, dependencies, issues, and escalations while driving resolution and mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure alignment between business requirements and UiPath technical implementations.
  • Oversee release planning, deployment activities, production readiness reviews, and application lifecycle management (ALM) processes.
  • Establish and maintain effective governance, reporting, and communication frameworks across stakeholders.
  • Track project KPIs, delivery health metrics, resource utilization, and operational performance.
  • Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), hypercare support, and post-production stabilization activities.
  • Ensure adherence to organizational governance, security, compliance, and quality standards.
  • Drive process improvements, delivery excellence, operational efficiency, and automation best practices.
  • Lead and mentor offshore and onshore delivery teams to ensure productivity, collaboration, and successful project outcomes.

Expertise You'll Bring:

  • 12 to 15 years of experience in Project Management, Program Management, Automation Delivery, or Digital Transformation initiatives.
  • Strong experience managing large-scale UiPath and RPA implementation programs.
  • Proven track record of delivering enterprise automation projects in Agile environments.
  • Deep understanding of the entire RPA lifecycle including process assessment, PDD, SDD, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
  • Working knowledge of UiPath architecture including Studio, Orchestrator, Robots, and automation infrastructure components.
  • Experience managing complex programs involving multiple stakeholders, vendors, and distributed delivery teams.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills.
  • Strong expertise in project planning, budgeting, forecasting, risk management, and issue resolution.
  • Hands-on experience with project management tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project, and related reporting platforms.
  • Strong understanding of application lifecycle management, release management, and DevOps processes.
  • Experience with API integrations, CI/CD pipelines, and automation deployment strategies.
  • Ability to manage offshore-onshore delivery models and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, decision-making, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Experience establishing delivery governance frameworks and executive-level project reporting.
  • Domain knowledge in Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance, Personal Auto Insurance, or Policy Administration processes is highly preferred.
