Role Description This full-time, on-site Data Analyst role is based in the Pune Division and focuses on transforming data into actionable insights that support strategic and operational decisions. The Data Analyst will collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources, build and maintain dashboards and reports, and perform exploratory and statistical analysis to identify trends and patterns. The role includes developing and enhancing data models, collaborating with product, engineering, and business teams to understand data needs, and presenting findings in clear, concise formats for stakeholders. The Data Analyst will also support performance tracking, contribute to experimentation and optimization initiatives, and help improve data quality and documentation across the organization.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and experience in Data Analytics to interpret complex datasets and generate actionable insights.
- Candidates should possess a solid foundation in Statistics and Data Modeling to design analyses, build models, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to explain technical findings to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate across teams.
- Candidates should possess proficiency with data tools such as SQL and Excel, and familiarity with reporting or BI platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
- Candidates should possess relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics) or equivalent practical experience.
- Candidates should possess strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work both independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
- Candidates should possess experience with scripting or programming languages (e.g., Python, R) and data visualization best practices; experience in a product or SaaS environment is beneficial.
