Role Description The Salesforce Technical Lead is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. This role involves leading the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices. The Salesforce Technical Lead will guide a technical team, review code, define standards, and manage integrations between Salesforce and other systems. The role includes collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, translating them into technical specifications, and overseeing configuration, customization, testing, and deployment activities. The individual will be responsible for troubleshooting issues, optimizing system performance, and providing technical mentorship to team members while coordinating with project managers and functional leads.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Salesforce platform development, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and configuration.
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations using APIs, middleware tools, and data migration techniques.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce architecture, security model, governor limits, and performance optimization.
  • Proven ability to lead technical teams, review solution designs, and enforce coding and documentation standards.
  • Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC), version control, and agile methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Salesforce certifications (such as Salesforce Platform Developer, Salesforce Application Architect, or Salesforce Certified Administrator) are highly beneficial.
  • Experience in enterprise CRM implementations and prior exposure to large-scale or multi-org Salesforce environments is an advantage.
