We are looking for an Software Engineer with 5–7 years of experience in web application development, software engineering, and application maintenance. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in developing modern web applications, writing clean and maintainable code, troubleshooting production issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.

Role Overview

As a Software Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining web applications that meet business and technical requirements. You will participate in the complete software development lifecycle while ensuring application quality, performance, security, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications and enterprise software solutions.
• Develop clean, reusable, and efficient code following industry best practices and coding standards.
• Participate in requirements gathering, technical analysis, solution design, and implementation.
• Maintain and enhance existing applications while improving functionality and performance.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues identified through testing, production monitoring, or customer feedback.
• Perform code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability, and compliance with development standards.
• Ensure applications are compatible across multiple browsers, operating systems, and devices.
• Optimize application performance, reliability, and security.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, QA engineers, product owners, and business stakeholders.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, development standards, and implementation guides.
• Support application deployment, monitoring, and production issue resolution.

Required Qualifications

• Experience building and maintaining enterprise web applications.
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
