Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Software Project Manager role based in Chennai. The Software Project Manager will oversee end-to-end project delivery, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management for software development initiatives. Responsibilities include coordinating with stakeholders to define requirements, translating business needs into technical specifications, and maintaining clear communication across development, QA, and operations teams. The role involves tracking project progress, managing timelines and budgets, ensuring adherence to quality standards, and facilitating regular status meetings and reports. The Software Project Manager will also support continuous improvement by refining processes, identifying bottlenecks, and promoting best practices in project execution.

• Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field are preferred.
• Experience with agile or hybrid project management methodologies, tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, or similar), and software delivery lifecycles is beneficial.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration abilities, with a focus on clear documentation and reporting.
• Ability to work on-site in Chennai, manage multiple priorities, and maintain accountability for project outcomes.
