About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce AI Developer with strong expertise in Salesforce development, Agentforce, Model Context Protocol (MCP), and enterprise AI integrations.

The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience with Apex, Salesforce integrations, Agentforce, Python/JavaScript, and AI-powered automation, with the ability to design and deliver scalable, secure, production-ready solutions.

You will work on innovative AI initiatives across Sales, Marketing, Product, Pricing, and Finance, leveraging Salesforce Agentforce, Data Cloud, enterprise data warehouses, and modern AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy Salesforce Agentforce agents, AI Skills, topics, and actions to automate business processes.
• Build and integrate MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers and tools to securely connect AI applications with Salesforce and enterprise data.
• Develop scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flows, and SOQL/SOSL.
• Integrate Salesforce with Data Cloud / Data 360, enterprise data warehouses, and external applications using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and middleware.
• Develop AI-powered solutions for customer intelligence, sales insights, pricing optimization, and contract automation.
• Build automation workflows for contracts, renewals, amendments, and business processes.
• Develop scripts and automation utilities using Python or JavaScript/Node.js.
• Implement AI governance, monitoring, audit trails, and security controls using Salesforce Einstein Trust Layer.
• Manage source control, CI/CD pipelines, and deployments using Git, Salesforce CLI, and SFDX.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable enterprise AI solutions.

Required Skills & Experience (Mandatory)

1. Salesforce Development – 7+ Years

• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce development and enterprise integrations.
• Expert-level Apex development, including Triggers, Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, Schedulable Apex, and Test Classes.
• Strong understanding of governor limits, bulkification, and Salesforce architecture.2. Salesforce Agentforce & AI
• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience with Agentforce, Salesforce Prompt Builder, or LLM APIs.
• Experience building AI agents, AI-driven workflows, or enterprise AI integrations.
• Must have delivered at least one AI solution to production or pilot.3. Model Context Protocol (MCP)
• Hands-on experience developing or extending MCP servers or MCP tools.
• Experience connecting AI applications with enterprise systems and data sources.4. Salesforce Integrations
• Strong experience with REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, Named Credentials, and middleware.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external enterprise applications.5. Programming & Data
• Strong programming skills in Python or JavaScript/Node.js.
• Advanced SOQL/SOSL and Salesforce data modeling experience.
• Experience handling large data volumes and complex integrations.6. DevOps & Deployment
• Experience with Git, Salesforce CLI/SFDX, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of enterprise development standards and production deployment processes.
