About the Role

We are a 40-year-old food manufacturing company building the next phase of growth through premium consumer brands across E-commerce, Quick Commerce and Modern Trade.

We are looking for a hands-on, execution-focused professional to work directly with the Founder and own the growth of this vertical.

The role is ideal for someone who enjoys building businesses from the ground up and taking complete ownership of execution.

Key Responsibilities

Drive growth across Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart and other digital channels.
Own marketing execution, launch calendars and growth initiatives.
Lead execution of new product launches in coordination with packaging, sourcing, manufacturing and design teams.
Coordinate cross-functionally to ensure timely execution of projects.
Track business performance, identify growth opportunities and improve profitability.
Work closely with the Founder to convert ideas into execution.

Candidate Profile

4–7 years of experience.
Mandatory experience in a high-growth B2C consumer brand.
Strong exposure to E-commerce and Quick Commerce.
Experience in food, FMCG or consumer products preferred.
Hands-on experience in launching and scaling consumer products.
Strong ownership, commercial acumen and execution capability.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
