Ethnic Elements is a premium D2C Indian ethnic wear brand celebrating authentic handloom and handcrafted textiles. We work directly with artisan communities across India to create timeless sarees, unstitched suit sets, and contemporary ethnic wear that blends tradition with modern style.
We are looking for an entrepreneurial leader to help scale the business from its current stage to the next phase of growth.
Role Overview
The Business Head will own business growth, profitability, operations, and execution across all sales channels. This is a high-impact leadership role working directly with the Founder.
Key Responsibilities
- Own revenue, profitability, and business growth.
- Drive growth across Shopify, Meta, Google Ads, marketplaces, CRM, and retention.
- Improve conversion rates, customer acquisition cost, repeat purchases, and contribution margins.
- Lead merchandising, inventory planning, and demand forecasting.
- Build and manage high-performing cross-functional teams.
- Establish KPIs, dashboards, SOPs, and weekly business reviews.
- Identify new growth opportunities, partnerships, and expansion channels.
- Deliver data-driven recommendations to improve business performance.
Ideal Candidate
- 5 years of experience in D2C, ecommerce, fashion, lifestyle, or consumer brands.
- Proven experience scaling a consumer brand with measurable business results.
- Strong understanding of Shopify, Meta Ads, Google Ads, marketplaces, analytics, CRM, and ecommerce operations.
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for execution and accountability.
