The engineer actively participates in iterative development cycles, ensuring that the software is scalable, efficient, and aligned with evolving project goals. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the implementation of best practices to improve software quality and delivery timelines.
• Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment of technical objectives with business goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites.
• Strong experience in developing and customizing components within Adobe Experience Manager environments.
• In-depth understanding of web technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as they relate to content management systems.
• Familiarity with integrating AEM with backend services and APIs to create dynamic and responsive user experiences.
• Ability to troubleshoot and optimize performance issues within AEM applications.
• Experience working within agile development frameworks to deliver iterative and incremental software improvements.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
