Senior Product Manager
About the Role
AI has made coding dramatically faster. Enterprise software delivery hasn’t kept up.
Intelli-Q, Nomiso’s AI-powered product positioned as Enterprise Quality Intelligence, is built to bridge this gap — helping engineering organisations gain visibility into software quality, test coverage, SDLC health and delivery readiness.
We are looking for a Product Manager who has experienced these challenges firsthand and wants to build the solution.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and drive the product vision, strategy and roadmap for Intelli-Q.
- Identify and prioritise high-value problems across Software Engineering, QA, DevOps and SDLC.
- Conduct customer discovery, market research and competitive analysis to identify unmet needs and opportunities.
- Engage directly with Engineering, QA, DevOps and technology leaders to understand and validate customer problems.
- Translate customer and market insights into product requirements, user stories and specifications.
- Own product backlog prioritisation based on customer value, business impact and technical feasibility.
- Partner closely with Engineering, AI/ML and Design teams through the complete product lifecycle — discovery to launch and adoption.
- Participate in technical discussions and understand architecture, APIs, integrations and engineering trade-offs.
- Define and track product metrics, adoption, engagement and customer outcomes.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies in partnership with Sales and Marketing.
- Support product positioning, demos, customer enablement and adoption.
- Continuously iterate the product based on customer feedback, data and market evolution.
What We're Looking For
- 8–10 years of experience across Product and Engineering.
- Strong foundation in Software Engineering, QA, DevOps, SRE or Platform Engineering.
- Experience building or managing B2B, Enterprise or SaaS products.
- Strong understanding of software development, testing, deployment and the broader SDLC.
- Experience with product strategy, roadmap planning, prioritisation and backlog management.
- Strong customer discovery and problem-validation skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional Engineering, Design, Sales and Marketing teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Exposure to AI/ML, DevOps, developer tools, engineering productivity or software quality is a strong advantage.
The Person We're Looking For
You are:
- A builder, not just a manager.
- Outcome-driven — you own results, not tasks.
- Restless — you constantly look for a better way.
- Technically curious — you can go deep with engineers.
- Customer-obsessed — you solve problems before building features.
- Fast-moving — you are comfortable with ambiguity and making decisions.
- Ambitious — you want to build something that matters.
You'll help build it.
You will work directly with the CEO, have significant ownership of product direction, and operate at the intersection of: AI × Software Engineering × Quality × DevOps × Enterprise Technology
If you want to help build an AI-first product that changes how enterprises understand and improve software quality, we'd like to hear from you.
