The Role (Why this job exists)

We’re looking for a Senior Website Developer & Designer who can own the full digital lifecycle; from initial UX wireframing and high-end UI design to clean front-end code and performance optimization for a portfolio of high-impact B2B and D2C brands. This isn’t a "drag-and-drop theme builder" role. You’ll craft bespoke digital experiences, lead complex web builds, and integrate cutting-edge AI-driven workflows into your design and coding stack.

You’ll set the technical and aesthetic direction, manage full-stack implementation across client platforms, and be the go-to person for seamless interaction design, flawless responsiveness, and bulletproof deployment.

• Digital Brand Ecosystems: Establish and maintain high-performance, visually stunning website architectures that scale seamlessly across devices and align perfectly with client brand identities.
• Conversion & Performance Velocity: Deliver lightning-fast, high-converting landing pages, microsites, and enterprise websites optimized for Core Web Vitals, SEO, and user retention.
• AI-Enhanced Pipeline: Use advanced AI tools (beyond ChatGPT & Gemini) for code scaffolding, UX research synthesis, copywriting placeholders, component generation, and rapid prototyping to accelerate delivery without sacrificing craft.
• Cross-Media & Tech Excellence: Seamlessly bridge the gap between creative storytelling and technical execution, integrating animations, APIs, and robust CMS frameworks.

Responsibility

• UI/UX Strategy & Architecture: Translate client briefs into user journey maps, wireframes, high-fidelity interactive prototypes (Figma), and scalable design systems.
• Front-End Development: Build clean, modular, semantic, and high-performance code using modern frameworks (HTML5, CSS/Tailwind, JavaScript/TypeScript, React/Next.js) or custom headless CMS implementations.
• AI Tool Mastery: Hands-on experience with AI coding assistants (Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude, Framer) and design/ideation platforms (MidJourney, Looka, Relume, Awaaards, Framer) for rapid component and layout scaffolding.
• CMS Integration & Management: Set up, customize, and maintain robust content management systems (Webflow/Shopify or headless setups) empowering clients to manage content effortlessly.
• Performance & Optimization: Rigorously optimize site speed, mobile responsiveness, accessibility (WCAG standards), and on-page SEO metrics.
• Quality & Deadlines: Maintain an uncompromising standard of craft while thriving in a fast-paced agency environment with strict launch timelines.
• Client Collaboration: Present design prototypes and technical architectures to internal teams and clients, articulate technical choices clearly, and incorporate feedback gracefully.

Must have experience :

• A robust portfolio demonstrating end-to-end ownership of sophisticated websites (from design concept to live production code).
• Expert-level command of UI/UX design tools (Figma, Framer, Wix) and modern front-end web development stack (HTML/CSS/JS, Tailwind, React/Next.js, or advanced Webflow/Wix/Framer architecture).
• Hands-on experience with AI development and design tools beyond ChatGPT/Gemini — e.g., Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or AI-driven prototyping plugins.
• Exceptional eye for typography, grid systems, micro-interactions, whitespace, and luxury minimal or high-contrast editorial web aesthetics (Awwwards-level standards).
• Deep understanding of web performance metrics, conversion rate optimization (CRO), SEO, and cross-browser compatibility.
