Role DescriptionWe are looking for a Fresher Full Stack Developer who is passionate about software development and eager to build a career in web application development.

As a Full Stack Developer, you will work on both front-end and back-end development, assisting in building, testing, and maintaining web applications. You will collaborate with developers, designers, and product teams to implement new features, fix bugs, integrate APIs, and improve existing applications.

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Raipur, with regular on-site collaboration and some flexibility for work from home.

The role is designed for candidates who are willing to learn, experiment with new technologies, and develop strong practical programming skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop responsive and user-friendly web interfaces.
• Build and integrate RESTful APIs.
• Work with databases and perform basic database operations.
• Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code.
• Assist in developing new features and improving existing functionality.
• Identify and fix bugs with guidance from senior developers.
• Participate in code reviews and follow development best practices.
• Work with Git and version-control workflows.
• Write basic tests and perform application debugging.
• Collaborate with designers, developers, and product team members.
• Learn and work with modern development frameworks and tools.
• Participate in technical discussions and contribute ideas for improving applications.
• Continuously learn new technologies and improve development skills.Qualifications
• 0–1 year of experience in software/web development. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Basic knowledge of front-end development and responsive design.
• Understanding of any modern front-end framework such as React, Vue, or Angular is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of any back-end programming language/framework such as PHP/Laravel, Node.js, Python/FastAPI/Django, or similar.
• Understanding of REST APIs and how front-end applications communicate with back-end services.
• Basic knowledge of SQL databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.
• Familiarity with Git/GitHub.
• Understanding of basic programming concepts, OOP, and data structures.
• Good problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Willingness to learn and work with new technologies.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Degree/diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related field, or equivalent practical knowledge.Good to Have
• Personal, academic, or internship projects demonstrating full-stack development.
• Knowledge of React + Node.js, React + Laravel, React + Python, or similar technology stacks.
• Basic understanding of NoSQL databases such as MongoDB.
• Familiarity with Docker and cloud platforms.
• Basic knowledge of CI/CD and deployment.
• Experience working with APIs such as payment, authentication, or third-party APIs.
