Role: Shopify Developer | Custom Development, Performance, Technical SEO & CRO

Experience: 2–5+ years (relevant experience preferred)

Engagement: Freelance / Part-time / Retainer

Continua Creation, a premium women's apparel brand, is looking for a skilled Shopify Developer to manage ongoing website development, customization, performance optimization, and maintenance.

We are looking for someone who can go beyond standard Shopify theme functionality and build clean, custom-coded solutions while maintaining a refined, premium website experience.

Key Requirements:

Strong proficiency in Shopify Liquid, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Hands-on experience with custom Shopify theme development and modifications.
Ability to build custom sections, components and interactive functionality without excessive reliance on third-party apps.
Experience with Shopify APIs, metafiles, AJAX cart and product variant customization.
Strong debugging, performance optimization and cross-browser testing skills.
Expertise in responsive, mobile-first development.
Good visual judgment with an understanding of typography, spacing, layouts and premium e-commerce aesthetics.
Familiarity with Git/version control and safe deployment practices.

SEO, CRO & Performance Optimization

Strong understanding of technical SEO and Shopify SEO best practices.
Experience optimizing Core Web Vitals, page speed and mobile performance.
Ability to identify and resolve technical issues affecting the customer journey and conversions.
Experience improving PDP, PLP, cart, navigation, and checkout-related user experiences.
Familiarity with GA4, Google Search Console, Microsoft Clarity, and conversion funnel analysis.
Ability to implement CRO improvements, A/B tests, and analytics tracking requirements.
