With the DPDP compliance timelines approaching, enterprises are increasingly evaluating how they discover, protect, tokenize and control sensitive data across applications and AI systems. We have already started engaging with enterprises, and demand and conversations are beginning to come in from the market, including PET (Privacy-Enhancing Technologies) use cases.

This is still an early market — which means the opportunity is not just to join an existing product team, but to help define the technology and engineering standards for an emerging category.

You will work on problems around:

• Data vaulting & tokenization
• AI-agent security and identity
• Privacy-enhancing technologies

• Distributed systems and security infrastructure

• What You'll Work On
• Build high-performance backend services and APIs
• Design distributed and fault-tolerant systems
• Work on data vaulting, tokenization and privacy infrastructure
• Build authentication, authorization and identity systems
• Develop security infrastructure for AI agents
• Work with Go, Kubernetes, PostgreSQL, Redis and cloud infrastructure
• Integrate with KMS, encryption and secrets-management systems
• Solve complex concurrency, reliability and performance problems
• Participate in architecture and security decisions
• Own features from design to production
• What We're Looking For
• 2–4 years of strong backend engineering experience
• Strong programming fundamentals and problem-solving ability
• Experience with Go / Java / Python
• Strong understanding of APIs, databases and distributed systems
• Good understanding of Linux, networking and cloud infrastructure
• Experience with Kubernetes is a plus
• Cybersecurity / IAM / authentication / encryption experience is a strong plus
• Experience at companies such as Google, Microsoft, AWS, Palo Alto Networks, CrowdStrike, Cisco, Okta, Datadog, Snowflake, Cloudflare, Postman, Razorpay or similarly strong engineering organizations is highly valued.
• However, pedigree is not mandatory. We care more about what you have built and how you think.
