Director of Product Management

About the Role

We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Director of Product to lead product strategy, innovation, and execution for a fast-growing B2B SaaS company building AI-powered finance automation solutions.

This is a high-ownership leadership role involving close collaboration with founders and cross-functional teams to define product vision, identify high-impact customer problems, build scalable platforms, and drive measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Vision

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Identify and prioritise high-impact customer problems and product opportunities.
• Own product strategy across multiple product lines and platform capabilities.AI Product Innovation
• Drive product innovation across billing, revenue recognition, collections, usage metering, and financial automation.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI and AI agents to simplify complex workflows.
• Balance automation with accuracy, reliability, explain ability, and customer trust.Customer-Centric Product Development
• Lead customer discovery and feedback initiatives.
• Translate customer insights into product priorities and measurable outcomes.
• Drive product adoption, customer value, and continuous improvement.Product Execution & Operational Excellence
• Establish scalable product discovery, prioritisation, planning, and launch processes.
• Ensure strong collaboration across Product, Engineering, Design, Sales, and Customer Success.
• Improve product delivery speed, decision-making, and accountability.Product & People Leadership
• Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing Product team.
• Establish clear ownership across product areas and develop future product leaders.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to align product priorities with business objectives.

What We're Looking For

• 8 –12 years of Product Management experience, with significant experience building and scaling complex B2B SaaS products.
• Proven experience owning a large product area, multiple product lines, or a product portfolio.
• Strong track record of defining product strategy and taking products from discovery to launch, adoption, and iteration.
• Experience managing, mentoring, and developing Product Managers or Product Leaders.
• Strong technical understanding of APIs, system architecture, data models, integrations, and platform constraints.
• Experience building complex platforms, infrastructure products, API-driven solutions, or workflow-heavy SaaS products.
• Exposure to AI/ML-powered products, AI agents, or intelligent workflow automation is strongly preferred.
• Excellent stakeholder management, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills.
