Your OpportunityAs an AI Engineer on BeGig, you’ll work on freelance projects focused on designing, developing, and deploying AI-powered applications and intelligent systems. What You’ll Do

• Design and develop AI-powered applications and intelligent solutions
• Build, train, fine-tune, and deploy machine learning and deep learning models
• Develop LLM-powered applications, AI agents, chatbots, and copilots
• Build Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and knowledge retrieval systems
• Integrate AI models with APIs, cloud platforms, databases, and enterprise applications
• Optimize AI models for performance, scalability, latency, and cost efficiency
• Implement model monitoring, evaluation, guardrails, and continuous improvement processes
• Collaborate with data engineers, product managers, and software developers to deliver production-ready AI solutions
• Stay up to date with emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and best practices

What We’re Looking For

• Strong experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Generative AI development
• Proficiency in Python and AI frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Scikit-learn
• Experience with LLMs, OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or open-source AI models
• Familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or similar AI orchestration frameworks
• Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, Milvus, or Supabase Vector
• Knowledge of prompt engineering, RAG architectures, AI agents, and model evaluation techniques
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and MLOps practices
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills
• A self-driven freelancer who can independently build and deploy production-grade AI solutions
