Position: Salesforce LWC Developer

Experience: 5–7 Years

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce applications using Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Build reusable and responsive UI components using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS).
• Develop server-side business logic using Apex classes, triggers, batch Apex, and asynchronous Apex.
• Integrate LWC components with Apex controllers, Salesforce APIs, and external systems.
• Work with Salesforce data models, custom objects, standard objects, SOQL, and SOSL.
• Implement Lightning Data Service, wire adapters, and imperative Apex calls.
• Develop and maintain REST and SOAP API integrations.
• Configure Salesforce security, including profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and field-level security.
• Participate in code reviews, unit testing, debugging, performance optimization, and technical documentation.
• Deploy changes across Salesforce environments using Salesforce CLI, Git, and CI/CD tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.Required Technical Skills
• 5–7 years of experience in Salesforce development.
• Strong hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Proficiency in JavaScript, ES6+, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Strong knowledge of Apex classes, triggers, batch Apex, and asynchronous processing.
• Experience with SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce data modeling.
• Understanding of Salesforce Lightning Experience and Lightning Design System (SLDS).
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external applications using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Knowledge of Salesforce security and governor limits.
• Experience with Salesforce deployment tools, Git, Salesforce CLI, or CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills.Preferred Skills
• Experience with Aura Components and Visualforce.
• Knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud or Service Cloud.
• Experience with Platform Events, Change Data Capture, or event-driven integrations.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Flow and declarative automation.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification; Platform Developer II is an advantage.
